Natural Accents owner Rodrigo Montecinos is shown with Jeanine Malaney and four of her fabric art paintings in the Natural Accents Fine Art Gallery. Natural Accents is one of the must see fine art galleries in Taos, New Mexico, one of the most popular art communities in the country.
The Natural Accents Gallery is in the heart of the Taos gallery district. This picture is taken on the corner of Paseo del Pueblo Norte and Kit Carson Road looking northeast. On the southeast corner of this intersection is the Taos Plaza (the original Taos town settlement). Within the radius of two tens of a mile you can find over 25 fine art galleries.
The Natural Accents Gallery building as show above is an old historical building that has been renovated.
Directly east on Kit Carson Road are more galleries and the Kit Carson Home (a National Historic Landmark filled with artifacts, tools, weapons and other 19th century Western Americana). On Paseo del Pueblo Norte there are many more fine art galleries, Almost next door(to the north) is Historic Taos Inn and the Taos Art Museum. Further north on North Pueblo Road is the Millicent Rogers Museum and the Taos Pueblo. The Pueblo’s two main buildings are the oldest continuously occupied structures in the U.S.
